• Pricing

 

The product or service price mentioned on the website is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product or service. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Anurita reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge delivery charges which may include postal/shipping charges to deliver the product or services ordered by you on the website.

To place an order you will need to complete the payment transaction on the website, or in the event the site is under maintenance, our representative may suggest payment methods on WhatsApp. By placing an order on the site or on WhatsApp, you are agreeing to the Terms.

Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or credit card company. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

We do not have the option of cash on delivery (COD).  A full list of the available modes of payment is available at the time of check out and prior to making payments for purchases.

The liability for use of a card or net banking fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you. Anurita shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the authorization of any transaction for any reason whatsoever. Anurita will not share your debit/credit card or net banking details with any third-party unless required by law or court order.

Anurita reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the website fraudulently. Anurita reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Order fulfillment

 

Orders received are usually dispatched within 5-7 Business Days, unless specified otherwise specifically under a product listing. For the purpose of these Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday or Sunday, or a day on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.

Anurita will make all reasonable efforts, but does not guarantee the delivery of products and services in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be terminated if Anurita fails to deliver one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take delivery of the goods, or a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Anurita for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

For all products purchased from the website the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Anurita’s delivery to the shipping carrier.

Changes to certain aspects of your order may be required due to limitations caused by availability of the product. In such instances, you agree that Anurita will call you or send an approval request via your registered e-mail address or WhatsApp which you submitted when placing your order. If you do not agree with the requested change, you retain the right to reject the requested change by replying within 24 hours of the approval request being sent to you, following which your order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.

Anurita reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, etc.

Anurita will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank or debit/credit card has been charged, the said amount will be fully refunded. Any promotional and discount vouchers, coupons, and codes used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Gurgaon. The High Court of judicature at Haryana alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the website, products and services, Content, or these Terms must be filed within 1-year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
